Ace Pro Academy was founded in 2025 by Mr. Milind C. Tamhane, a passionate cricketer with an unwavering love for the game. His journey in cricket began at a young age, marked by years of disciplined training and deep commitment. After an accomplished playing career, Mr. Tamhane transitioned into coaching, where he has spent over 15 years shaping the futures of aspiring cricketers.
A seasoned coach and mentor, he has designed and led numerous training programs that go beyond just technical excellence. His holistic approach emphasizes mental strength, resilience, and sportsmanship—qualities he believes are fundamental to thriving both on and off the field.
Through Ace Pro Academy, Mr. Tamhane continues to inspire and guide the next generation of players with his vast experience, deep understanding of the game, and an enduring dedication to cricket development.
